Christian Leadership Conference

Christian Leadership Conference (CLC) is a voluntary weekend event open to Y staff and volunteers. The weekend is filled with fun, fellowship, and spiritual growth. CLC offers an opportunity to get to know your colleagues more deeply. It is an opportunity to open your heart and mind, take time for personal reflection, and enjoy traditional camp activities. You'll leave inspired and ready to fulfill the mission of the YMCA.

YMCA RAGS AND LEATHER

For more than 100 years, the YMCA Rags and Leathers program has been an effective tool in promoting one-on-one counseling and personal growth. It is designed to help people take a closer look at themselves in relationship to their own strengths and weaknesses, religious beliefs, and relationships that surround them.
