Whether you are a beginning swimmer or on your way to the Olympics, your Y is a great place to make a splash!

Bring the whole family and enjoy time splashing around in the pool during our recreational swim time! Swimmers are free to use pool toys on a first come first serve basis. As you enjoy the relaxing nature of being in the water, you’ll elevate your heart rate, burn calories, and work two major muscle groups (arms and legs) simultaneously – all while having fun!

Choose from Fairfield Family YMCA, Lakewood Family YMCA or Los Altos Family YMCA.

Looking for Recreational Swim?

1. Go to Schedules. Schedule & Reserve  

2. Select REC SWIM from the Category drop-down menu.
3. Choose the day you would like to visit.
4. View the available recreational swim times.
5. Click Reserve next to your preferred time to complete your reservation.
