PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training at the Y is designed to be a motivating and positive experience. Our trainers can help achieve specific goals, ease nerves around working out in a gym, and assist with taking one’s health to the next level. One-on-one training, buddy training, and small group training are excellent options for those just starting as well as experienced athletes. We have a variety of packages to choose from.
